On September 29th we proceeded to reset cPanel passwords for all customers running on cPanel servers.
We detected a possible vulnerability with cPanel, and in an abundance of caution we proceeded to reset the passwords.
We understand the inconvenience caused by this, but security is of utmost priority to us.
If you have a valid email address associated with your cPanel account, you can request a password reset from the cPanel login prompt.
Otherwise, please contact customer care to get your new password.
