The work is going to take longer than planned due to un-for-seen circumstances. Due to Covid restrictions, the number of on-site staff is minimal so we are not able to provide on-demand status updates or ETAs unless the on-site team reaches out to us with them. We apologize for the delay.
On Saturday Nov 21st, between 7 am and 2 pm EST, our technicians will be performing scheduled maintenance in our networking gear.
During that time window, we will be transitioning to a new network cluster.
This new cluster is better prepared to handle large amounts of traffic, and will allow us to provide a better, more resilient service.
We don't expect downtime for any individual server to last longer than an hour.
During the time window, our technicians will be switching servers to the new cluster, one at a time.
